About me
Hi and welcome to the site! I am the creator of statelessreflections. I started this site to follow my gutfeeling, and I am trying to make sense of life. I live and learn and I am trying to learn to live. Through writing I want to learn how to express my thoughts and to inspire others to take action on improving their own life. After thinking about this for years I decided to take matters into my own hands and start it now instead of regretting not having tried this out later.
The name stateless comes from me being born and raised in Denmark, but I have an alien passport since my parents at the time weren’t danish citizens. My father died when I was 14 and my mother got the danish citizenship when I was over 18. That means that my younger sister is a danish citizen and I am not, yet. I took the danish citizenship test in 2011 and passed, but it turns out that my mother never sent in an application to help me out at the time. I’m currently preparing for another citizenship test. I consider myself a global citizen. I believe that we’re connected.
